"This is a family owned business - arrived promptly at the specified time -I didn't have to wait a week. - he came the same day I called you - looked at the oven, told me what my problem was and how it would be repaired and gave me the estimate - the only part I didn't like was the estimate- ( ugh) - the replacement part was very costly and I had to pay for the service call and $100 labor charge for the installation -the part was overnight and the whole job was over and done with the next day The part is warranted for one year. I am very satisfied and would have this company come again. Thank you very much for referring them"
